How to book an exam at Quisisana
There are several booking points for all services accredited with the National Service. Here is where it is possible to submit a request for an exam relating to medical and surgical activities:
- CUP-enabled pharmacies
- CUP branches of the Local Health Authority of Ferrara
- Service Center of the Hospital
- By calling the toll-free number 800 532000: service available from 8.00 to 17.00, from Monday to Friday. Saturday from 8.00 to 13.00)
Documents needed
In order to be able to book an exam regularly, it is necessary to have the following documents:
- Request of the Family Doctor
- Valid identity card
- Valid tax code
How to book online
On the homepage of the Quisisana website, you can easily find the “
Online booking” button. This allows you to access the relevant information area. All medical and surgical activities are listed. By clicking on the area of your interest, you can access the relevant technical sheet.
You will get more information on the exam itself and, at the bottom of the page, you can click on the "
Booking form" button. This allows you to enter your sensitive data, as well as your medical preference and the name of your family doctor.
Completed the form in full, you can click on "
Send booking". Once this is done, the Quisisana Accredited Private Hospital secretariat will contact the user within 1 business day following the request.
